RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pumaswede.com only offers exchanges in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item. Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. Refunds will only be given in the event that the defective item is unavailable and only at the discretion of Pumaswede.com. All of the original packaging must be included with the exchanged merchandise. Pumaswede.com does NOT pay for shipping on exchanges. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping charges. Under no circumstances will a return or exchange be accepted for an item that is not defective or damaged in some way. All defects and damages must be verified by Pumaswede.com prior to exchange.

Please note the actual content is not a valid reason for returns/exchanges. Please be aware that budget priced DVDs can be of a lower quality and you must beware of discrepancies between box covers and actual content.

CANCELATIONS
Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled. Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING
Orders returned to us because the package was unclaimed or the shipping address given to us was not correct will be charged an additional shipping fee.

We reserve the right to ship to the billing address on file with the issuing bank on orders placed with a credit card.

INTERNATIONAL TERMS
You are responsible for knowing the customs regulations of your country. Pumaswede.com is not responsible for orders intercepted by customs and not returned to us. Pumaswede.com is not liable for US Postal Service shipments that are lost if you've selected an uninsured method of shipping. Orders shipped by insured methods that are lost will be replaced by Pumaswede.com once the order is verified to be lost by the US Postal Service.
